Work is performed in a highly organized and restrictive environment requiring extended periods of time at a fixed work position.Operates and is proficient with PC equipment utilizing current specified software packages and other programs and functions.Displays the “SOUTHWEST SPIRIT” in attitude, appearance, attendance, cooperation, etc.Support and assist Cargo Management with projects as needed.Process new cargo account applications.Assist Customers and Cargo Agents with tracing cargo shipments.Research and respond to cargo claims and refund requests, via email, telephone, and/or letter (written test required).Process booking requests for human remains shipments.Entertain and qualify all calls to the Cargo Customer Care Center, answering Customer inquiries on cargo policies and procedures.Above all, Employees will be provided the same concern, respect, and caring attitude within the organization that they are expected to share externally with every Southwest Customer.
